I’ve recently bought an Audi a1 sport back of james and I’m incredibly pleased with my purchase. I was really impressed throughout the process with James’s customer service, he was friendly and he had great knowledge of a range of different models which gave me great confidence to buy with him. All of the correct vehicle history documents were provided and the car was really well looked after. The car had even been valeted on the day of picking it up. I feel like I got really good value with a good fair price, James would answer vehicle related questions with great detail to make sure it was an easy, smooth experience for his customer. I hate looking for a new car, it’s on a par with buying a new bra or pair of jeans. Always stressful and never simple.

What a difference it was buying a car from James! He was absolutely super! We let him down on the first viewing and I was totally gutted for him but he was very accommodating and offered to reserve the car for us. We paid a small deposit and eventually viewed the next week.

I used to have a Mini Cooper S convertible and I wanted a five door and something slightly more sedate with a higher spec.

The car was absolutely mint and exactly as described! James had it in the garage all nice and dry as it was pouring with rain. We all drove it and James talked us round the features of it. He had some other stunning cars and we did a bit of comparison with them to check we were buying the right model as I was nervous of getting it wrong. I didn’t feel rushed or stressed as it was viewing by appointment only.

The transaction was easy and we drove away in the car after viewing.

James messaged me after a week to ensure I was still happy with the mini. I am - I absolutely love her!

I would 100% recommend James - he takes a great deal of pride in his cars as he clearly believes in quality over quantity.

Amazing is an understatement. if there were 6 stars it wouldn't be enough. it was a great experience to deal with James, he is very professional and accommodating. nothing was any trouble and he went above and beyond to do everything in his control to get our car ready. always keeping me updated on progress.
